:: Vintage circa 1940s Tulsa Oklahoma felt flag with depiction of Native American in headdress with real feathers incorporated into the flag. In fair condition perhaps showing tears, hard creases, slight sun fade/oxidation, light staining, pin holes, slight loss to the tip, and/or missing felt ties.
