:: Single column center medallions wrapped by zig zag stepped diamond contour and alternating inverted color triangle panels wrapped by a main border in a pomegranate top view, and serpent inner and outer minor borders. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, sapphire blue, beige, mallard green, sand, pale coffee brown, dark chocolate brown, blush and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Slight contour to shape, within normal margin for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian carpet made in the Caucasus region circa 1920’s vintage. Size measures 4’10” x 7’9″.
