Native American Dance Ceremony Photographs

Dated 1940, entitled SAN ILDEFONSO (INDIAN/DANCE), these are exceptionally beautiful portraits with amazing clarity and composition. What a unique piece of photojournalism. Would look fantastic framed. San Ildefonso Pueblo is located in New Mexico. The traditional name for San Ildefonso Pueblo is Po-woh-ge-oweenge, meaning “where the water cuts through”.
