:: Wow, what a beauty of a wooden crate! Vintage circa 1920s this dove-tailed wooden crate features beautiful art deco detailing and carried pharmacy glass goods / apothecary in it when it was first used. Sides read “Glass with care” and on the front and back sides, the company Frederick Stearns and Co is listed (of Detroit Michigan USA). The imagery and font really make this crate stand out and is very hard to come by Frederick Stearns crates — what a gem! Has some fragility to the wood and issues as you can see in photos. Measures 9″ x 11″ x 17″.
