:: Very unique and rare antique 1919 canvas pull down wall map of Europe. Very muted colors with an overall rustic and woodsy look, if you have sentimental attachment to Europe, this might just be the treasure for you. Nice manageable size and for being nearly 100 years old condition is decent. Paper is coming off of canvas in areas as is common with these maps and there are signs of water damage. For a longer life, a re-backing or archival framing would be advised at some point down the road. Printed by J.L. Hammet Co. in the USA of the Bacon’s Excelsior edition. Measures approximately 41″ wide x 34″ high including dowels.
