:: Classic mid-century Kashan carpet, inspired by Safavid carpets, bearing large sprawling floral tendrils and vinery in scrolling formation, finished with delicate arabesques, atop a covered field of floral palmettes, buds, blossoms, and more. Colors and shades include: Ivory, beige, navy blue, pale blush, sky blue, teal, sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Kashan carpet made in Persia circa 1950’s vintage.
