7.5×11 Vintage Distressed Oushak Carpet

:: Horizontally elongated triple center medallions with scalloped contour and trefoil side finials atop a covered ground of delicate buds, blossoms, and floral design elements bearing minor medallions in-between and reciprocating the interior medallions to the main in inverted coloration. Colors and shades include: Black cherry red, midnight blue, antique ivory, beige, sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Dark stain in one corner spandrel of the main field, priced accordingly. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1970’s vintage. Size measures 7’5″ x 10’10”.
