:: Dramatic sharply contoured center medallion with Rococo style enveloped detailed contoured outline atop an open field with hard recess to pile exposing lazy lines, adding to a story of the process of the weaving. Colors and shades include: Pale dusty sand, beige, pale camel, antique ivory, dusty royal blue, mint green, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1960’s vintage. Size measures 5’11” x 9′.
