6×9.5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Carpet

:: Roundel center medallion with samovar style end finials adorning either opposing end atop a predominantly open field with suggested shadow medallion delineated by densely organized floral bouquets- Mimicking the general contour of the main medallion are end finials and corner spandrels. Colors and shades include: Pale burnt orange, antique ivory, ivory, silver, charcoal black, mint green, sea foam green, slate blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with harder isolated areas of wear and foundation showing through. Fully secured sides and ends, original side cord selvage intact. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1950’s vintage. Size measures 6′ x 9’4″.
