:: Roundel center medallion with sharp bursting serrated contour atop a predominantly open field. Corner spandrels with intricately outlined serrated leaves and delicate floral stems and blossoms. Colors and shades include: Pale faded apricot, rich royal blue, bright mint green, antique ivory, beige, chocolate brown and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with light foundation where weavers ‘meet’ during the weaving process showing through across. Fully secured sides and ends with original selvages fully intact. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1960’s vintage. Size measures 6’7″ x 10’2″.
