3×5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Roundel center medallion with interior floral blossoms and serrated scrolling leaves. Adorned at either end by finials of germinating plants and corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocating the contour the main medallion. Colors and shades include: Dusty cochineal red, denim blue, fuchsia, magenta, dark chocolate brown, beige, sand, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1970’s vintage. Size measures 2’11” x 5’2″.
