3×5 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Oversized shield-like center medallion with central pomegranate top view with long stemmed flowers adorning the interior and either end in simplistic geometric form. Corner spandrels reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Colors and shades include: Dusty blush pink, ivory, faded turquoise blue, dusty powder blue, pale coffee brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Small scattered expert restorations throughout. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960’s vintage. Size measures 2’10” x 5′.
