3×5 Antique Belouch Rug

:: Hook and latch center medallion atop a covered field of finned floral blossoms in geometric relief. Wrapped by serrated leaf main border and reciprocating wave minor borders. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, dusty terracotta, madder root red, chocolate brown, coffee brown, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Oxidation and some minor old blemishes in one or two areas along with two or three pinhole size openings to the foundation. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Belouch rug made in Persia circa 1910’s vintage. Size measures 3’2″ x 5’2″.
