:: Oversized center medallion in elongated diamond shape contour atop an open field and corner spandrels mimicking the contour of the main medallion. Main border comprised of oversize floral design elements in primitive curvilinear drawing. Colors and shades include: Tangerine orange, saffron yellow, silver, platinum, blush, gray, charcoal, and more. Condition notes: Areas of medium pile, as well as areas of knot heads and light foundation showing through. Original side cord selvage intact, fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak square rug made in Turkey circa 1940’s vintage. Size measures 2’10” x 4’1″.
