:: Super soft wool and very fine weave with shortly worn pile close to knot heads. Exceptional example for the latter part of Mohajeran weaving just before transition to American Sarouks. Classic allover covered field with floral bouquets with light rectilinear renderings. Great balance in harmony between positive and negative space. Colors include gentle sky blue, brick red field, and dark deeply saturated navy border with repeating palmettes. Evenly worn to knot heads throughout, minor loss to ends, fully secured to the contour of the rug on all four sides. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
