:: Super fine weave sampler rug in nuanced detailed allover covered field in bursting floral design elements and serrated leaves reminiscent and in partial Herati style orientation of two fish in opposing position around a central flower (said to symbolize the earth) each in a never ending pursuit of each other. Colors and shades include: Terracotta rose, cobalt blue, navy blue, pale dusty gold, and more. Condition notes: Even original pile height across. Original side cord selvages intact. Mostly secure sides and ends. Partial expertly added fringe remains. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Lilihan square rug mat made in Persia circa 1920’s vintage. Size measures 1’10” x 2’5″.
