2.5×4 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Oversize center medallion with inwardly directed simplistic geometric floral cross-sections and blossoms atop a partially open field with ram’s horn stylized medallion buffer and lattice interior corner spandrels loosely reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Colors and shades include: Dust raspberry, deep bubblegum pink, silver, dusty gold, charcoal, ivory, platinum, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1950’s vintage. Size measures 2’7″ x 4’2″.
