2.5×4 Vintage Distressed Oushak Rug

:: Floral top view in finned and roundel contour alternating design elements wrapped by playful colorful interior minor borders in a barber pole rainbow array of shades. Colors and shades include: Pale raspberry red, dusty bubblegum pink, ivory, oxidized silver, saffron yellow, pale coffee brown, cherry red, powder blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Slight color migration of deep red shades into lighter ivory, which is stabilized. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1960’s vintage. Size measures 2’6″ x 4′.
