13.5×15 Antique Yezd Square Carpet

:: Fantastic and intricately drawn sprawling tendrils, oversized palmettes, cloud band motif Yezd carpet with phenomenal presence. Well inspired by Isfahan and Indo-Isfahan carpets of the 16th and 17th centuries. Very rich coloration with an aged patina. Colors and shades include: cochineal red, navy charcoal black, sky blue, teal, ivory, silver, beige, sand, and abrashes therein. Condition notes: Allover distress with some localized areas showing foundation. Reduced in width from a larger, longer carpet with two, professional seams on either end. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted antique Persian Yezd square carpet circa 1910’s vintage. Size measures 13’4″ x 15’2″.
