10×12.5 Vintage Peking Carpet

:: Covered field in floral sprays, branches, and flowers, atop an abrashed ground wrapped by a double simplistic main border in similar design relief to the interior floral bouquets. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, beige, ivory, sky blue, denim blue, coffee brown, copper, oxidized silver, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Approximately eight percent of the pile is original height. Two main areas of wear are rather minor and isolated to either end center / main border. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Chinese Peking carpet made in China circa 1920’s vintage. Size measures 10’2″ x 12’8″.
