1.5×1.5 Vintage Art Deco Round Rug Mat

:: Pictorial motif with a small sailboat with wind filled sails and flag. Colors and shades include: Ivory, sandalwood, beige sand, blue and more. Condition notes: Even, short pile height across. Mostly secure sides and ends. Tatter to some areas of the plain weave. Minor discoloration to the reverse of the carpet which appears patterned to possibly be the remnants of an original stamping of weaving attribution. Pile has recently been lightly washed and dusted in an effort to preserve the possible stamp on the reverse of the rug, ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Chinese Art Deco round rug mat made in China circa 1930’s vintage. Size measures 1’6″ x 1’6″.
