:: Unusual early Dragon Caucasian style carpet with geometric bursting floral arabesques and central palmette in an above average color range and fine weave. Colors and shades include: Wine red, black cherry red, indigo blue, cobalt blue, mallard green, beige, tangerine orange, pale saffron yellow, deep blush, rose, ivory and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Tatter to sides and ends. One or two small interior holes the size of a pencil eraser, and old minor signs of dye to foundation in low areas which has since lightly faded and been stabilized. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian Seichor Kuba rug made in the Caucasus region circa 1910’s vintage.
