:: Quatrefoil outwardly bursting germinating plant motif in geometric relief wrapped by a partially symmetric medallion outline and finned floral cross-section finials, atop an abrashed field with checker style corner spandrel overlays. Colors and shades include: Brick red, madder root red, slate blue, ivory, beige, antique ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Likely reduced, in part, on both sides. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug mat made in Turkey circa 1960’s vintage. Size measures 1’7″ x 2’11”.
