:: Large antique hammered copper kettle with blacksmithed handle, most commonly used to make apple butter, likely from the mid 19th century to the first quarter 20th century. As this item is antique it does show signs of use and wear. This piece exhibits some separation in the dovetail and a few other places where there had been braising (the weld used for copper and non-steal items) as well as a few small cracks. Size measures: 29″ x 28″ x 19″.
