5×7 Vintage Tekke Bokhara Rug

:: Conservatively dated vintage 1920s/30s Bokhara style carpet with repeating ‘elephant footprint’ design elements. These designs are actually guls, which are geometric woven interpretations of flowers. The design is very pleasing to the eye, perfect rug for a stately room of the home as an accent area rug for the living room, entryway rug, or even a library. Fantastic colors and wonderful timeless appeal and great detail. Good overall original condition with some isolated wear showing exposed foundation. Carpet is soft and supple, folds up like a blanket. Recently professionally cleaned and ready for use in home. Many years of enjoyment to come with this rug! Size measures 4’6″ x 6’9″
