Inner and outer minor borders in a very sophisticated reciprocating pawn design motif with the main border in an inverted alternating turtle samovar motif interconnected by thin vines. Beautiful abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Raspberry red, deep gold, sky blue, pale cochineal red, pink, dusty powder blue, lime green, mauve and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Localized areas of expert restoration to foundation and re-knotting. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use!
